Corn Cheese Quessedillas recepie
- Get tortillas of your choice
- Thow, rinse and microwave frozen corns for 2 minutes.
- Heat up tortilla on pan or microwave
- Add corn and sprinkle some cheese (maxican cheese or mozzarella)
- Fold in half and If you want to make it crunchy cook on pan with some butter and serve
- You could pair it with salsa or mild taco sauce




From Multigrain flour and samolina
-eggs 🍓 🍌 🍇 – 2:1 ratio for Multigrain flour : Samolina – pinch of salt
-buttermilk to adjuct consistency
– sprinkle some browsugar on top while hpt and add 🍓 🍌 🍇 or fruits of your choice
