– top with Rolled Honey Oats Almonds and soaked dried graps with some carmel syrup

– 3/4 banana , 3 strawberries, half a cup regular milk
-You could add 1 scoop of vanilla icecream if you want vanilla flavor and make it sweeter (if you dont mind extra sugar)

-for vegan virsion use almond milk instead regular milk
